Мусс из черной смородины
Ароматный сладкий мусс из черной смородины со сливочным послевкусием – идеальное блюдо для десерта. Он воздушен и легок, несмотря на нежную текстуру, мусс довольно сытен и его много не съешь. Однако такое лакомство – отличная альтернатива магазинному мороженому, особенно в летнее время. В зимнее время, когда мороженое не так актуально, мусс можно подать сразу же после приготовления, не охлаждая его. Тогда и маленькие дети смогут насладиться его вкусом.

Однако десерт не только вкусный, но еще и очень полезный, ведь взбитые сливки соединяются с ягодным пюре, не прошедшим термическую обработку. В пюре полностью сохраняется витамин С, препятствующий заболеваниям простуды и ОРВИ. Сливки используйте кондитерские, а не обычные магазинные.

Ингредиенты

Мусс из черной смородины

  • 200 мл сливок жирностью 26 %
  • 100 г сахарного песка
  • 200 г черной смородины

Приготовление

Мусс из черной смородины
1. Охладим кондитерские сливки в холодильнике, так как теплые сливки при взбивании быстро превращаются в сливочное масло. Перельем их в чашу кухонного комбайна или в высокую чашу с бортиками, если будем взбивать сливки миксером. На самой высокой скорости взобьем все содержимое емкости примерно 4-5 минут, следя за консистенцией сливочного продукта.

2. Черную смородину промоем в воде, удалим с ягод хвостики и откинем на дуршлаг, удаляя лишнюю жидкость. После чего пересыплем в чашу измельчителя. Добавим сахар и отпюрируем в течение 3-5 минут. Можно воспользоваться и погружным блендером, если измельчителя нет в наличии.

3. Смородиновое пюре переместим в чашу со взбитыми сливками. Примерно соотношение взбитых сливок и пюре должно составлять 2 : 1. Но именно взбитых сливок – их объем после взбивания увеличивается в два раза.

4. Еще раз взобьем все на высокой скорости, но уже в течение 1-2 минут. Пюре подарит взбитым сливкам свой цвет и аромат.

5. Выложим приготовленный мусс из черной смородины в креманки или пиалы, в стаканы или чашки, охладим в холодильнике или сразу же подадим к столу. Украсим по желанию.

  • When I originally commented I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments
    are added- checkbox and from now on whenever a comment is
    added I receive four emails with the exact same comment. Perhaps there is an easy method you are able to remove me from that service?
