Как мне раньше не пришла мысль приготовить такой салат? Наверное, не было подходящего импульса или вдохновения или … еще чего нибудь. Не смотря на количество компонентов, салат готовится очень быстро и просто. Заправка получается слегка маслянистой за счет майонеза, но это не страшно. Во-первых, все получается «в меру», во-вторых, очень похоже на традиционный Цезарь. Гренки я люблю готовить непосредственно перед приготовлением салата в сковороде или в духовке (это – по настроению и количеству).
Салат собирается за пять минут. Получается аппетитно и красиво, а главное – очень вкусно! Замечательный легкий и красивый салат, который прекрасно дополнил основное блюдо в праздник. Уверенная, твердая «пятерка» по всем критериям по оценкам сына. Хорошо получилось, честное слово. Очень рекомендую)
Состав:
заправка:
– ¼ стакана растительного масла,
– 2 ст.л. белого винного уксуса,
– 3 ст.л. майонеза,
– 1 ст.л. лимонного сока,
– 2 ст.л. натертого твердого сыра,
– ¼ ч.л. чесночной соли,
– 0,5 ч.л. сушеных итальянских трав.
Салат:
– 300 гр салатной смеси,
– маленький репчатый красный лук,
– 1 помидор, нарезанный на дольки или горсть помидоров-черри,
– 12 шариков моцареллы
– 2 ст.л. нарезанных маслин,
– гренки.
Приготовление:
Для гренок нарезать ломтики белого хлеба и перелодить в миску. Посыпать щепотью соли, пряными травами по вкусу, сбрызнуть растительным маслом и перемешать. Разогреть сковороду с антипригарным покрытием на среднем нагреве и на сухой сковороде обжарить гренки до золотистой корочки. Перемешивать время отт времени чтобы гренки не подгорели. Готовые гренки переложить на тарелку и дать остыть.
Для заправки смешать в блендере (или банке, салатнике) масло, уксус, майонез, лимонный сок, сыр, чесночную соль, итальянские травы и 1 – 2 столовые ложки воды.
Положить салатную смесь в салатник или на тарелку, посыпать нарезанным красным репчатым луком, помидорами, маслинами и моцареллой. Полить заправкой и посыпать гренками.
